Do you have a workshop that you want to share with adult educators across the state? Then submit a workshop proposal for the 2024 LAPCAE Conference: Kicking Off with Adult Education. “Join the Huddle” at the Crowne Place in Baton Rouge, LA on October 27, 2024 – October 29, 2024 and have the opportunity to share your knowledge with other adult educators that are passionate about adult education!

We anticipate 300 or more face-to-face participants who will want to talk with representatives from companies and organizations about their products and services. We are excited to offer our vendors sponsorship
A few things to consider as we have made some changes to our Vendor form this year:

All exhibitor forms will be filled out at the link listed below. After your package and information are chosen, you will automatically receive an invoice via email. The invoice will include payment instructions and a few other details.

All packages are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some packages and items are limited.

The deadline to submit your registration and payment is September 30, 2024.
