In-Person – $150 per person
(includes various meals, hors d’oeuvres, and snacks)
Virtual – $100 per person (November 7-8, 2022)
NON-MEMBER:
In- Person – $250 per person
(includes various meals, hors d’oeuvres, and snacks)
Virtual – $200 per person (November 7-8, 2022)
In-Person Registration will close on October 28, 2022

Virtual Registration will close on November 4, 2022

After these dates your REGISTRATION will be considered ON-SITE Registration.
Eventbrite or electronic card payment is NOT accepted with On-Site Registration.

Please Follow This Procedure for Registering:

- Click the Registration Spreadsheet to input individual names and emails of your attendees.
- Send Registration Form and Registration Spreadsheet to [email protected]
- You will receive an INVOICE from Kaye Sharbono once the Registration Form and Spreadsheet is received.
- Complete your payment as indicated on the Registration Form or Invoice. Use the Eventbrite Button to pay electronically.
